We are founders, engineers, investors, and community builders who call Jerusalem home. Our city’s future depends on turning its raw talent into meaningful work—and right now the first rung on that ladder is missing.

The Challenge

Jerusalem graduates nearly 50 000 bright minds each year, yet fewer than 300 junior tech roles exist city‑wide. Students from all backgrounds—Haredi, Arab, East Jerusalem, and new immigrants—finish their studies only to find no place to start. 

Start‑ups want to grow but must import costly senior talent because no one was trained locally. Without entry‑level jobs, ambition leaves and the ecosystem stalls.

Our Core Solution: Land More Global Companies

The fastest way to create junior roles at scale is to bring in employers that hire at scale. Today, just one multinational opens an office here each year. We’re doubling that pace to 2–3 arrivals annually, aiming for 10–15 new companies within five years.

Every new R&D center brings hundreds of entry‑level jobs, mentors local teams, and anchors the wider ecosystem—giving students and diverse communities a clear pathway into tech while startups gain a deep talent pool.
